Our Impact

Texas has over 1,000 school districts and over 6 million Evangelical Protestants. Thousands of children are attending these schools and thousands of families are participating in church communities. Due to the prevalence of people with disabilities, many children and adults with disabilities are living in these communities and may be missing the opportunity to be included in community and participate in their education.

With strategies and support, many more families can be involved in their communities, feel valued, and cared for.

Our Services

Churches

Many churches have people with disabilities in their congregation but may not know the best way to meet each individual’s needs. Our goal is to provide strategies and support in order to walk alongside church staff and volunteers. We will provide training, ongoing support, and answer questions specific to your church.

families

Parents enter a whole new world when their child is diagnosed with a disability. Understanding the paperwork, acronyms, and services can be really overwhelming. We are here to come alongside you in this journey and help you navigate the world of special education. We will attend ARD meetings, review IEP paperwork, and explain terminology. We are here to support you, while you support your loved ones.

Schools

Many educators have general information about supporting individuals with disabilities, but struggle to implement evidence-based strategies in a busy learning environment. We can provide professional development pertaining to specific strategies for supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
